How long does it take to paint a 3-bedroom house in Toronto?+
A single room is usually one day. Walls, ceilings, and trim through a typical 3-bedroom Toronto home runs 4–7 working days, depending on the amount of plaster repair and trim work. Older homes in areas like Leaside and The Beaches often need extra time for skim-coating and crack repair. You get a written schedule with daily milestones at the estimate stage.
Do you paint condos and handle building requirements?+
Yes. We paint downtown Toronto condos regularly. We book the service elevator, work within building hours, and provide your property manager with a $2M Certificate of Insurance before we start. We use low-odour, low-VOC paints so the unit is comfortable to occupy the same day.
What paint do you use?+
For interiors we mostly use Benjamin Moore Aura and Regal Select and Sherwin-Williams Emerald — premium low- and zero-VOC lines that cover well, scrub clean, and hold their colour. We name the exact product and sheen for each room in your written quote.
Do you move furniture?+
Yes. We move furniture to the centre of each room and cover it with plastic and drop cloths. For heavy or fragile pieces we'll coordinate with you ahead of the start date.
Can we live in the home while you paint?+
Almost always. We sequence the work room by room so you keep usable space, and we ventilate as we go. With young kids or anyone sensitive to odour, we can plan the schedule around nap and bedtimes.
