What's included
The Lince's Painting interior process
A great interior finish is built before the brush ever touches a wall. Here's what comes standard with every interior project — written into the quote, never an add-on.
- Floor and furniture protection (drop cloths + plastic)
- Drywall and plaster repair, caulking, and sanding
- Spot priming on stains, repairs, and bare surfaces
- Two coats of premium low-VOC paint
- Crisp cut-lines on trim, ceilings, and corners
- Daily site cleanup and end-of-project walkthrough
Typical interior pricing
Ranges below assume premium low-VOC paints, two coats, and standard prep on surfaces in good condition. Heavy repair work, wallpaper removal, and high ceilings add to the scope.
FAQs
Interior painting questions, answered
How long does an interior repaint take?+
A single room typically takes 1 day. A typical 3-bedroom interior repaint runs 4–7 working days. We give you a written schedule with daily milestones at the estimate stage so you always know what to expect.
Do you move furniture?+
Yes. Our crews move furniture to the centre of each room and protect it with plastic and drop cloths. For larger pieces we'll coordinate with you ahead of time.
Do you use low-VOC paints?+
By default, yes. We work with Benjamin Moore Aura, Sherwin-Williams Emerald, and other premium low- and zero-VOC lines so your space is safe to occupy quickly.
Can we live in the home while you paint?+
Almost always. We sequence rooms so you keep usable space throughout the project, and we ventilate aggressively. For families with young children or sensitive occupants we can also schedule around bedtimes.
