How a Lince's Painting project actually runs
Six predictable steps. No surprises. The same project lead from quote to final walkthrough — and a written warranty backing every project.
- 01Step 1
Initial call & site visit
We listen first. A 10-minute call covers scope, timing, and any pain points from past painting jobs. For most projects we follow up with an in-home or virtual site visit within 48 hours.
- 02Step 2
Written, line-item quote
You receive a written quote naming the specific paint products, number of coats, prep work included, timeline, and total price. No 'as needed' wording, no surprise add-ons.
- 03Step 3
Schedule & colour finalization
Once approved we lock a start date and walk through colour selections — including in-home sample boards if you'd like a colour consultation.
- 04Step 4
Protection & prep
Day one is dedicated to protection (drop cloths, plastic, masking) and surface prep — patching, caulking, sanding, and priming. This is the work that determines how long the finish lasts.
- 05Step 5
Painting
Two coats of premium low-VOC paint, sprayed or rolled depending on surface and access. Crews clean the site daily and provide photo updates if you're off-site.
- 06Step 6
Walkthrough & warranty
We finish with a thorough walkthrough — touch-ups handled on the spot — and you get a written 1-year workmanship warranty.
